Fashion is more than what we wear

Muse Project
MUSE is a Creative Europe project that brings together emerging designers, skilled artisans, and individuals from diverse backgrounds to co-create a powerful capsule collection inspired by folklore, sustainability, and inclusion.
From embroidery to innovation, from tradition to transformation, MUSE celebrates creativity as a tool for connection. Across Europe, we’re weaving stories into garments, amplifying unheard voices, and crafting a more vibrant, diverse, and conscious fashion culture.
Step into our world. Explore the collection. Meet the makers. Wear the message.

Key themes
Mission
MUSE – Mosaic of Understanding through Style and Expression is a Creative Europe project that transforms fashion into a platform for social inclusion, cultural exchange, and sustainability. By uniting designers, artisans, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, we co-create garments that carry stories, foster connection, and reimagine heritage through collaborative design.
Inclusion
We work with individuals facing social and cultural barriers — including migrants, women affected by war and those living with mental health challenges — ensuring their voices are visible through creative expression.
Creativity
Our collections are born from collaboration and a free creative process. Designers and artisans come together to blend folklore with innovation, producing original pieces that celebrate shared heritage and contemporary design.
Gender Equality & Representation
MUSE places gender equality at the heart of its vision. We recognise that individuals from marginalised communities — especially women, migrants, and LGBTQ+ people — often face overlapping barriers to cultural participation, visibility, and well-being.
Sustainability
MUSE is committed to eco-conscious practices — from upcycled materials to low-impact production — promoting fashion that respects both people and planet.

We are
The MUSE project is made possible by a dynamic consortium of international partners, each bringing their own expertise and resources to the table. Below are the key partners:

Welcoming Our Designers and Artisan to the Capsule Journey
We’re delighted to announce the selected professionals who will join the MUSE Project’s creative journey following the successful Open Call for Designers and Artisans. After a highly competitive selection process, three outstanding individuals have been chosen for their vision, craftsmanship, and commitment to inclusive co-creation.
These professionals will mentor participants, share their expertise, and help shape the MUSE Capsule Collection — a collaborative fashion project grounded in folklore, sustainability, and cultural storytelling.
