The MUSE project is a unique collaboration bringing together emerging designers, cultural artisans, and individuals from diverse backgrounds to co-create a sustainable and inclusive fashion collection. Funded by Creative Europe, MUSE is centred around integrating cultural diversity, sustainability, and creative expression into the fashion world, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals and participants alike.
The concept is based on a creative exchange between four countries: Spain, Belgium, Ukraine, and Malta. This will culminate in a capsule collection that is informed by cultural heritage, contemporary design practices, and environmental sustainability. MUSE aims to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, using fashion as a tool for promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and environmental consciousness.
Through a series of workshops, co-creation labs, and tailoring workshops, participants will work together to create garments that tell the story of cultural diversity and environmental respect. This project fosters collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation, aiming to inspire positive change within the fashion industry.
